Workshops & Extended Practice

Perhaps you attend yoga classes regularly, have an established home practice and you’d like to step it up a notch.

Or you are an absolute beginner and want to dive deep from the get go.

Whatever is your motivation, a yoga workshop can offer tools and experiences beyond those usually included in a typical weekly class.

A workshop can last a few hours, take place as a limited series, or be held over a long weekend, highlighting a single technique or topic or encompassing several.

The possibilities are endless, but they all have one thing in common: participating in a yoga workshop is empowering.

Winter Yin Extended Practice

Join Kari for a calming and restorative extended Yin practice. Through thoughtfully chosen poses aligned with a seasonal theme, you’ll be guided to pause and consider what’s unfolding in your life.

You’ll remain close to the floor, staying in yin poses for a few minutes at a time in the soft glow of candlelight and natural light.

This slow, still practice encourages a deep release in your connective tissues while inviting you inward to find balance - mentally, emotionally or physically.

Flow. Pause. Restore.

Take two hours to flow, ground and restore. Move with awareness and alignment, sit in stillness, and rest deeply as you create space for balance and renewal.

Begin with 60 minutes of vinyasa flow, a steady, breath-led practice using fluid movement to build warmth and strength. You’ll be guided through accessible sequences that cultivate a sense of rhythm and ease.

Next, sit for 15 minutes of guided meditation, turning inward to settle the mind and expand awareness.

Finally, rest in 45 minutes of restorative yoga, supported by props to invite complete release and integration.

Leave feeling clear, grounded, and deeply nourished. Experience a complete practice for body, mind, and spirit.

All levels welcome.
