Dive Deeper
Yoga workshops and extended practices offer time to explore movement, breath, and stillness with intention.

In Studio, Outdoor Deck, Live Stream
Things shift in September around the Fall Equinox. The light changes. The air changes. The energy feels palpably different. When you slow down long enough, you might notice that many things in your life are changing and shifting too.
The Fall Equinox is one of two times in the year when day and night are reaching balance. It's also a natural turning point, the last weeks of summer before the year pivots toward shorter, brisker days. As these shifts happen, it's worth pausing to notice and to ask what has been happening in your life? What are you grateful for? What's ready to be released, and what do you want to carry forward?
We will do that and more in a 90-minute practice that creates space and intention. We'll open with slow stretches and yoga poses before settling into a deeply restorative close. Noting the balance between effort and ease, activity and rest, the fullness of summer and richness in the harvest of the season ahead.
Sunday, December 6

In Studio & Live Stream
This extended practice pairs a 45-minute all-level vinyasa flow with a 45-minute guided Yoga Nidra finish - a complete arc from movement to stillness in a single session.
You will start with an all-levels Vinyasa Flow, with a sequence designed to meet you exactly where you are that day with options to slow things down or bring the intensity up.
You will finish with Yoga Nidra, often translated as "yogic sleep,". Yoga Nidra is a guided relaxation practice done lying down in a comfortable, supported position. Unlike meditation that asks you to sit upright and focus your attention, Yoga Nidra invites you into a state between waking and sleeping, through body scans, breath awareness, and visualization. You remain conscious throughout, but the nervous system settles into deep rest - often described as feeling like hours of sleep compressed into a short practice. For more info on Yoga Nidra, go here.
